Membership Renewal Reminder
Annual membership dues are now due!
Dues are $130.00 your membership will expire 2/28, you will have a grace period to pay until March 31st to pay before you are charged a late fee.
Payment options are below:
Mail–please include a self addressed stamped envelope to 574 Mount Moriah Church Rd Hartford, KY 42347. Please allow 10 days turn around time to be mailed back to you. If you mail just a check, your card will be ready for pick up in 10 days at the office to pick up at your convenience.
Venmo– when you submit payment, please include the Card holder name, address and phone number. (last years card number if you have it)
In person– you can pay at the office window, we accept cash, check or card. We can no longer accept payments over the phone.
